The splendidly sparkly Black Diamond! A rich desperately boozy delight.

1 ½ Cognac

¾ Sweet Vermouth

¼ Elderflower

Stir everything over ice and strain. Another cognac based drink this week (can you tell I just bought a bottle).

I really enjoyed this one but we are definitely finding out that I prefer the richer stronger drinks and Sinead the sharper more citrusy delights.
