The Red King

 

A name that promises much, but……………. It’s okay, not bad, not great, if you’re feeling particularly experimental then go for it, or just make something else, yea maybe do that.

But if your that curious here it is.

1 radish (never thought I’d write that)

2oz Gin

1oz Cocchi Americano

¾oz Grapefruit Juice

¼oz Lemon Juice

2 dashes Peychauds Bitters

½tsp Sugar

Grate your radish and add it to your shaker, add the gin and give it a good bash with your muddler to get all the vegetablyness out then add your other ingredients and ice.

Shake well until chilled and fine strain, you really really do need the fine strain here or you will end up with a radishy mess in your glass.
