Phantom Love Song

Oh this is a good one, we’ve had a good run lately! Definitely give this a go, the ingredients aren’t too outlandish and you certainly won’t regret it.

2 ½oz Sake

½oz St Germain Elderflower

¼oz Lime Juice

Give everything a good shake and strain into a chilled glass, this works best bitingly cold.

Delicately floral cut through with a hit of citrus all over the dry sake base.

It just works!

One day I’ll present Sinead with a Green Ghost, but for this eve I’ll stick with a Phantom.
