The Lion, The Witch, & THE Wardrobe

From there Sinead launched into her The Lion, The Witch, & The Wardrobe theme with the White Witch. Ours was a decidedly Blue Witch as I had used the last of the regular curacao and blue was all we had.

1 oz Light Rum

½ oz Orange Curacao

½ oz Crème de Cacao

½ oz Lime Juice

Shake everything with ice, strain out into a highball and top up with sparkling water. This was a bit a bit of a disappointment, it has all the lovely things but they seem to cancel each other out and it becomes a bit bland. I’d probably give it a miss if I were you!
