Jack Rabbit

 

After the disastrous gravy drink last week a meaty secret ingredient could have gone horribly wrong!

Thankfully the Jack Rabbit was fab, we both loved it and it will certainly be going into my book of lovely drinks!

¾oz Gin

¾oz Dry Vermouth

¼oz Apricot Brandy

¼oz Triple Sec

Stir everything with ice until nicely chilled and strain.

This is a short but dangerous drink, everything balances so well it doesn’t taste half as boozy as it is.
