Flying Grasshopper

Presenting the Flying Grasshopper from this weeks episode in all it's curdley glory.

This was made with:

¾ oz Vodka

¾ oz Creme de Cacao

¾ oz Peppermint Liqueur

1 oz Single Cream

This tastes better than it looks I promise.

The unpleasantness I think was caused by using lacto free cream, don't ever do this, it will displease the cocktail gods and they will make your Grasshopper lumpy as punishment.

I think peppermint needs to be reduced, the vodka increased and the cream should be cream.

I am going to experiment with this, i think it has the makings of a splendid drink.
