The original morning pick me up for the discerning drinker, but as Harry Craddock says in The Savoy Cocktail Book - “Four of these taken in swift succession will unrevive the corpse again.”

One of these is probably enough in a evening, you certainly won’t forget it!

Prepare your glass with an Absinthe rinse, a small amount in the glass and swirl it around making sure the inside is well coated, discard any remaining absinthe.

¾ oz Gin

¾ oz Triple Sec

¾ oz Lillet Blanc

¾ oz Lemon Juice

Along shake with ice, this benefits from being super cold and fine strain into your prepared glass.
