Blackforest Sour

Introducing the Blackforest Sour, a drink that blew Sineads mind, don’t be put off by the amount of Jäger, it REALLY works.

1 ⅓ oz Jägermeister

⅙ oz Cherry Brandy

⅓ oz Pineapple Juice

⅔ oz Lemon Juice

⅓ oz Sugar Syrup

½ oz Egg White

Shake everything with ice and then strain back into your shaker and get rid of the ice, then shake again. Pour into a tumbler with a few cubes of ice a lemon twist.
