First written about in 1916 the Aviation is an absolute classic & one of my all time favourites cocktails.

The balance of the gin botanicals, sweet cherry, sour lemon & floral violet make for a truly exceptional drink!

1 ¾ oz Gin

½ oz Maraschino Cherry

½ oz Lemon Juice

¼ oz Violet Liqueur

A long long loooooooong shake over ice and strain into a fancy glass.

Top hat is optional, but strongly encouraged. Think I might go and make one now!
