The mayfair

The Mayfair. Ummmmmm, it was alright, ish.

1 dried Clove
1 ⅔ oz Gin
1 oz Apricot Brandy
1 oz Orange Juice
⅙ oz Sugar Syrup

Give your clove a bit of a smash in the bottom of your tin before adding the rest of your ingredients. Give everything a good shake and then fine strain out, you definitely want your fine strainer on this one or you’ll be picking bits of clove out of your teeth all evening.

What can we say, it is ok, am I going to make it again? No, did I finish it? Well it wasn’t THAT bad.
