We are celebrating the failure of the gunpowder plot with a nick variant of the Autumn Bonfire.

Gun Powder, Treason & Plot!

¾ oz Apple Juice
1 oz Calvados
¾ oz Islay Whisky, something peaty
¼ oz Grand Marnier
Splash Honey Syrup

Give everything a good shake and strain out into your glass.

This is the refined version of the drink, we made some tweaks during the break. We both really enjoyed this, and I’m not normally one for whiskyish things, but this works!
