The Bijou, a glittering jewel in a cocktail crown!

I’m so pleased I’ve managed to get this drink onto the show, it is an absolute favourite and one of my go to Friday evening cocktails.
I love it, Sinead hates it, but that’s to be expected when the dread Chartreuse is involved.

1oz Gin
1oz Sweet Vermouth
¾oz Green Chartreuse
1 dash Orange bitters


Stir everything with ice until crisply chilled and strain into your finest bejewelled goblet.
