So very very good,

2oz Blended Scotch Whisky

½ oz Nocello Walnut Liqueur

¼ oz Bénédictine

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir everything with ice, strain, and garnish with a cherry filled crown.

It’s great, not much more to say, we both absolutely loved this one. It’s certainly spirit forward, but it is so smooth and mellow, just delicious.

The walnut liqueur is a bit of a random one but I can think of 100 uses, the bottle isn’t going to be sitting around for long.
