The Star
I admit it was a crowbar ingredient but the cocktail is fab so I feel fully vindicated!
1 ½oz Calvados
1 ½oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir everything with a lot of ice, this needs a lot of dilution so stir until you can’t stir anymore and then stir again, strain into a suitably fancy glass and enjoy!
