Smoke of Scotland

 

We’re on a run of dam tasty drinks lately, I was hesitant about this at first as I’m not usually a fan of overly peaty whisky’s but everything just works so well together in this, it is delicious.

2oz Peated Scotch Whisky
½ ox Dry Vermouth
½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
⅙ oz Cynar Amaro


Stir everything with big chunky ice and stain into a chilled glass.


Not much more to say on this one, we both loved it, the smokey & floral notes complement each other so well, with a bit of complexity from the Vermouth & Cynar, it’s well balanced and packed with flavour, definitely give it a go if you can.
