The perfect way to kick off 2021!

2 oz Irish Whiskey

½ oz Banana liqueur

½ oz creme de cacao (white)

¾ oz cocoa-nib infused Campari

2 dashes Absinthe

The Campari infusion is simple to make, add a couple of teaspoons of cacao nibs to a glass of Campari and let it sit for an hour. Don’t leave it much longer than an hour otherwise it may get too bitter (even more so than Campari normally is).

Stir everything with ice and strain.

It’s a very interesting drink and the different flavours come through in waves. You’ll only want the one though, it is incredibly strong!
