Gold Rush

You must give this one a go, it is a fantastic drink and so very easy to make. It does need a bit of prep as Honey syrup is not something that everyone has, but it is very easy to make up a batch at home.

2oz Bourbon

¾oz Lemon Juice

¾oz Honey Syrup

Shake everything with ice until nice and cold and strain into a rocks glass with a big chunk of ice.

This is a really great drink. Give it a go if you can!
