French 75
A true classic if ever there was one.
Named in honour of the 75mm artillery gun of the French army during the 1st world war.
Personally I would name my cocktails after happier things, but it’s still a dam good cocktail.
½ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Sugar Syrup
1 ½ oz Gin
Shakes all with ice and strain into a flute, top with Champagne and enjoy!
