Damn It Jimmy

And here we are with this weeks most delightfully splendid but curiously named Damn It Jimmy!

This really surprised both of of us, from the list of ingredients you wouldn’t expect it but it’s fab!

1 ½ oz Sake

1 ½ oz Light Rum

¼ oz Fino Sherry

¼ oz Dry Vermouth

⅙ oz Sugar Syrup

Stir everything with ice until very cold the strain into a martini glass. A simple, clean delicious drink.
