For the 2nd drink we had a China Blue Cocktail. This was a definite hit and one we’ll be making again.

1 oz Lychee Liqueur

1 oz Blue Curaçao

2 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice

¼ oz Lemon Juice

Shakey shakey shake and strain into a martini glass.

Blue drinks are definitely the way forward, anything that you use triple sec or curaçao for why not make it blue!

There is the Blue Lady, Corpse Reviver No# Blue, the classic Blue Lagoon and the Blue Eyed Martini.
