Oh it’s exciting times in the Poisoners Cabinet, we have reached episode 30!

To celebrate such lofty achievements in this weeks episode we have not one, but two cocktails, such wanton extravagance!

First we have the Bloodhound No.1 a surprisingly grown up fruity treat.

3-4 Strawberries

2 oz Gin

¾ oz Extra Dry Vermouth

¾ oz Sweet Vermouth

¼ oz Maraschino Cherry

Chop your strawberries in half and throw them in the bottom of your shaker tin. Add the rest of your ingredients and give everything a good smush together, if you have a muddler then go for it otherwise the end of a rolling pin will do the trick nicely.

After a good squishing add your ice and shake shake shake. You will definitely need a fine strainer for this one to filter out the remains of the strawberries.

Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with the heart of your tiniest enemy.
